  • The ability to develop safe and happy boundaries
  • The ability to regulate one’s own behaviour
  • The ability to manage and express strong emotions constructively
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy for others
  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • The ability to work as a team
  • Grounding, posture, and breath

ACHIEVING BALANCE

As students engage in a busy schedule, it is important that they learn to down regulate, (to slow their nervous system down) have time for rest, have healthy snacks and can have opportunity to engage in play.

Maintaining proper sleep schedules is essential for a mental and physical wellbeing no matter what age a student is.

Students are supported to develop resilience so that they can manage their busy schedules and all the training demands.  Cultivating mind and body tools support our performers to better understand their own health and learning.
